Service Description

In this workshop, participants will need comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. Participants are free to bring blankets, layers and eye mask, and anything else to help tune out the world and into self. As we connect more deeply with ourselves, you'll leave feeling restored, reset and ready for the rest of your week. Who doesn't want more energy and to feel aligned!
