As a Therapist, I’ve structured my practice to enhance supportive, comfortable, and collaborative client growth. I utilize both evidence-based practices and creative therapeutic approaches, with an understanding that therapy is not always “one-size fits all.” Together we will work together to explore your life experiences, behaviors, and core beliefs to gain an understanding of your presenting concerns and how to approach your goals. Together, we will be able to identify the patterns of your behaviors that hold you back from health and happiness, while gaining a better understanding on how to utilize healthy coping skills for a better you.
