Service Description

Join us for this mindfulness workshop to track anxiety habit loops. Sometimes we think we are doing what’s best in response to our anxiety spiking. Maybe you notice yourself picking up the phone and scrolling to distract yourself from what you are worrying about, but don’t feel any better once the screen is off! This group will focus on uncovering our sneaky responses to anxiety by discussing our brain’s reward system, and providing an alternative habit to create more mindful practices to help you feel better.
