Service Description

This Full Moon is referred to as the Harvest Full Moon because of the changing seasons-- we are officially into the months of Autumn! We will be learning about the Full Moon for the first month of Autumn, and drop into the usual practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation and journaling to help honor this sacred time. We will close with an oracle card reading and sacred tea time. I will also be facilitating Reiki healing to the group and the participants will be leaving with a special spiritual gift bag!
