Join us for this spiritual and psychological journey into shadow work. With shadow work, we can learn to confront aspects of the “shadow self” that may be contributing to negative emotions, projections, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. Through activities that will bring aspects of the unconscious into conscious awareness, we will learn to foster self-acceptance and compassion in order to live more authentically.
